At CANDY HOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CANDY HOUSE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and it is packed securely in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
